2011 Capture LRF Insecticide Equipment Partner Bonus for Growers

Growers can earn $40.00 per gallon on Capture LFR insecticide purchased from November 1, 2010 through June 1, 2011. Rebate cannot exceed the equipment cost and equipment must b e purchased during same period. Grower must submit documents no later than 7/15/2011 to qualify for payment.

Receive $1.00/lb rebate on Fortress in Smartboxes purchased by 5/31-10. Grower needs to submit a registration form by 4/15/11.

BASF Promotion

Pre/Headline Tie In
GMAX Light 2 pts/acre followed by 3 oz of Headline = .50/acre

Outlook 13 oz/acre followed by 3 oz of Headline = $2.00/acre

Verdict 10 oz/acre followed by 3 oz/Headline =$3.00/acre

Headline Advantage Program
Growers who purchase Headline EC between 11/16/10 and 3/15/11 will receive a $100.00/gal rebate.

Growers who purchase Headline EC between 3/16/11 and 8/15/11 will receive a $50.00/gal rebate.

Farm Plan Offers
Growers whose initial purchase of BASF products is a minimum of $10,000.00, and they are purchasing at least $1,000.00 of 2 products, are eligible for Farm Plan financing.

If the purchase is done by 3/15/11 the grower payment is due in December of 2011 and is at 0% interest.

If the purchase is done between 3/16/11 and 7/15/11, the grower receives 180 day financing at 0% interest.

Status/Sprayer Nozzle Program
Growers who purchase a minimum of 500 acres worth of Status (10 jugs) can receive free AI-XR nozzles for their sprayer from BASF. A form must be filled out and sent to Baltic. Nozzles will come to Hefty Seed from BASF.

BAYER Promotion

Corn Innovation Plus Program
Growers who purchase a minimum of 250 acres worth of Balance Flexx (3.5 oz/acre), Capreno (3 oz/acre), Corvus (5.6 oz/acre) or Laudis (2.5 oz/acre) AND match up those acres with either Ignite or Glyphosate will receive the following rebates on qualifying products. Payments are only made on matched acres.

• Balance Flex $1.00/acre
• Capreno $0.85/acre
• Corvus $1.60/acre
• Laudis $0.70/acre

This rebate will be paid out in Innovation Plus points which are redeemable for cash. This program is valid in all states.

Spring Cereals Innovation Plus Program
Growers who purchase a minimum of 500 acres worth of Wolverine (27.2 oz/acre) or Rimfire Max (3 oz/acre) AND Prosaro (6.5 oz/acre) will receive a $2.00/acre rebate based on matching acres.

Growers who purchase a minimum of 500 acres worth of Huskie (13 oz/acre)  AND Prosaro (6.5 oz/acre) will receive a $1.00/acre rebate based on matching acres.

Growers who qualify for the Spring Cereals program who also use Raxil seed treatments and/or Baythroid XL insecticide can earn an extra $0.25/acre for each product. Rebate is figured on the following purchases:

• Raxil MD 6.5 0z
• Raxil MD Extra 5 oz
• Raxil MD Extra W 5.14 oz
• Raxil MD W 5 oz
• Baythroid XL 2.4 oz

This rebate will be paid out in Innovation Plus points which are redeemable for cash. This program is only valid in ND, SD, MN and MT.

Innovation Plus Stratego YLD and Prosara Early Purchase Program
Growers who purchase Stratego YLD between November 15th and March 15th will receive a rebate of $140.00/gal.

Growers who purchase Stratego YLD between March 16th and August 15th will receive a rebate of $70.00/gal.

Growers who purchase Prosaro between November 15th and March 15th will receive a rebate of $50.00/gal.

This rebate will be paid out in Innovation Plus points which are redeemable for cash after 11-20-11. This program is valid in all states.

Innovation Plus Soybean White Mold Program
Growers who purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of Proline and 5 gallons of Stratego YLD will received a rebate of $128.00/gal on Proline. The rebate will be paid on all gallons of Proline that are matched up with Stratego YLD gallons once minimums are met. This program is intended for all growers who use both products on soybeans.

This rebate will be paid out in Innovation Plus points which are redeemable for cash.

Innovation Plus Grower Finance Program
Growers whose initial purchase of products listed below is a minimum of $10,000.00 and they are purchasing at least $1,000.00 of 2 products, one of which must be from the required list, are eligible for Farm Plan financing.

If the purchase is done by 3/15/11 the grower payment is due in December of 2011 and is at 0% interest.

If the purchase is done between 3/16/11 and 7/15/11, the grower receives 180 day financing at 0% interest.

Required Product List: Stratego YLD, Stratego, Prosaro

Participating Product List: Proline, Balance Flexx, Capreno, Corvus, Laudis, Ignite, Huskie, Osprey, Rimfire Max, Wolverine.

FMC Promotion

Authority Springs Assurance Program
FMC will provide up to $4.50/acre for post broadleaf rescue if Authority Assist, Authority First, Authority MTZ, or Authority XL is used and control of labeled broadleaf weeds is unsatisfactory. Growers participating in Monsanto’s Residual Rewards are not eligible for this program.

Capture LFR Corn Plant Stand Assurance
If Capture LFR does not show a 600 plants  per acre advantage over the untreated check when applied at-plant, FMC will return the difference based on plant stand or retreat with an FMC product when applicable.

Capture LFR Insecticide Equipment Bonus
Growers can earn up to $40.00 per gallon on Capture LFR insecticide purchased between 11/1/10 and 6/1/11 to be used toward equipment cost. Rebate can not exceed the cost of equipment and equipment must be purchased during the same time period.

Hero Insecticide Early Corn Pest Preventative Assurance
Growers who apply a minimum rate of 4.0 oz/acre of Hero pre-emergent in corn are eligible to receive another for Cutworm, True Armyworm or Common Stalkborer above IPM treatment thresholds that are not controlled through June 1, 2011.

Mustang Max Insecticide Early Corn Pest Preventative Assurance
Growers who apply a minimum rate of 2.56 oz/acre of Mustang Max pre-emergent are eligible to receive another Mustang Max treatment for Cutworm, True Armyworm or Common Stalkborer above IPM treatment thresholds that are not controlled through June 1, 2011.

Mustang Max Insecticide Sugarbeet At-Plant Fertilizer Equipment Bonus
Growers can earn up to $20.00/gallon on Mustang Max purchased between 11/1/10 and 6/1/11 with a maximum earning of $600.00 or the actual cost of the at-plant application equipment, whichever is less.

Growers who purchase Quadris between 11/16/10 and 3/31/11 will receive a $100.00/gal rebate.

Growers who purchase Quadris between 4/1/11 and 8/15/11 will receive a $50.00/gal rebate.

Growers who purchase Quilt between 11/16/10 and 3/31/11 will receive a $45.00/gal rebate.

Growers who purchase Quilt between 4/1/11 and 8/15/11 will receive a $25.00/gal rebate.
